Laguna Housing Development & Management Enterprise (LHDME)

It is the mission of the Finance & Administration Department of LHDME to provide ethical and responsible treatment of Human Resources and Accounting funtions for the housing entity. The Department is engaged in generating and maintaining all financial records in accordance with Pueblo and HUD requirements as well as maintaining employee benefits for the welfare of all LHDME workers. In addition, the Department is responsible for all purchasing, accounts payable and receivables. The Finance & Administration Department takes pride in its contribution to LHDME and its mission to the community.
