Laguna Housing Development & Management Enterprise (LHDME)

The role of the LHDME Construction Management is to provide inspection, design and construction management services with regards to housing related programs throughout the six villages of the Laguna Reservation.

Design and Construction Management:

Prepares and updates the Physical Needs Assessment for Laguna Reservation properties to identify needs for repair, maintenance and new construction as part of the LHDME modernization planning.
Manages A/E Consultants in the preparation of architectural and other engineering designs to support the modernization program. LHDME staff develops scopes of work for A/E's, reviews and approves the projects construction documents that are prepared by the Consultants.
Perform construction inspections for all LHDME construction projects. Prepares in-house designs for various construction projects.
Prepares budget estimates and detailed construction cost estimates for modernization projects.
Provide technical and management support services to the maintenance department, Tenant Services Office and occupied rehabilitation program.
