- The Rainbow Village Apartments are managed by LHDME on behalf of the Pueblo.
- Apartments are primarily available for rent by elderly and disabled Laguna Pueblo tribal members.
- Tenants must make monthly rental payments on time and pay utility costs on the unit per a rental agreement.
- LHDME is currently planning the redevelopment of Rainbow Apartments to provide durable, modern homes in a safe environment.

- The Home Rental Program consists of units built or renovated with funding or a combination of funding from HUD, tax credit funds from an outside investor, and LHDME.
- The units are rented to qualified Laguna Pueblo tribal member families who must make monthly rental payments on time and pay for utility costs on the home per a rental agreement. Rental amounts are based on income.

- The Home Ownership Program provides home ownership opportunities for qualified Laguna Pueblo tribal member families.
- Units are built with NAHASDA and other HUD funds for lease/purchase by qualified tribal members who must make monthly installment payments, pay for utility costs,and provide all maintenance on the home.
