We are committed to adhering to a fair and HUD-compliant bidding process for all of our eligible projects. Below is the process we currently have in place:

Bid packages will be available for download on this page.

Tours of the designated properties are mandatory for all prospective bidders.

No bids will be accepted after the bid deadline.

Sealed bids are open in public within a half-hour of the bid deadline.

All bids are verified for completeness per required document list in bid package in public.

Each bid is reviewed and scored individually by staff members.
-
Selected bid will receive a “Notice of Award” within 15 days of bid deadline.

Non-selected bidders will receive notification within 15 days of bid deadline.
