Emergency Rehabilitation of Non-LHDME Homes Project
Privately owned homeowners will receive this service in causes of catastrophic emergencies from weather damage such as rain, snow, wind, fire or tornado. The services will include roof replacements and or repairs, window and door replacements, interior and exterior wall replacements, electrical service, plumbing, heating and cooling replacements. LHDME will determine qualifications, develop a scope of work and schedule individual cases.
